FAQS

  • What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young, tender greens harvested just after the first leaves develop. They are packed with nutrients and have intense flavors, making them perfect for enhancing a variety of dishes.

  • What makes your microgreens different from others?

Our microgreens are grown using natural, organic seeds and products, without any chemicals or pesticides. While not certified organic, we are committed to sustainability and use PLA packaging made from fermentable sugar, such as corn starch or sugar beets, which requires 65% less energy to produce.

  • Are microgreens good for me?

The nutritional benefits of microgreens are substantial. For example, a study by the USDA Agricultural Research Service highlighted that microgreens are rich in vitamins such as C, E, and K, and contain significant amounts of carotenoids and polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants. These nutrients are essential for maintaining overall health, supporting immune function, and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

  • How should I store my microgreens?

To keep your microgreens fresh, store them in the refrigerator in their original packaging. They can last up to two weeks, but we recommend consuming them within a few days for the best flavor and nutritional value.

  • When will my greens be delivered?

Delivery days are Saturday & Sunday. Orders placed Tuesday-Friday may not be fulfilled the same week. We offer a weekly and bi-weekly subscription so your greens supply never run out!
